Utilisation of NDIS Funding: Invoicing for Therapy at Home Programs

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2023-24 delineate the diverse funding categories applicable to a participant's NDIS plan.

Currently, our invoicing for Inspired Kids programs is facilitated through either capacity building or core budgets.

As per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2023-24, the distinctions for these budgets are elucidated as follows:

Capacity Building:

This support category encompasses assessment supports, training supports, strategy development supports, and therapeutic supports aimed at enhancing a participant's skills and fostering their capacity for independence and community participation. It is noteworthy that these funds can be utilised for non-face-to-face support provision.

Core Supports:

This support category is dedicated to assisting or supervising the personal tasks of daily life, promoting the participant's autonomy. These supports are delivered individually and can be extended to various environments, including the participant's home. In addition to direct service provision, these support items are eligible for claims related to non-face-to-face support provision.
