Order and Delivery
Delivery:
Your Inspired Kids Program will be posted within 7 business days pending the signing of service agreements (if applicable) and unless there are unforeseen circumstances (see shipping policy for more information). Your online login details for Teachable will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Amendments to Orders:
All amendments to orders and cancellations should be directed to our Customer Service Officers (admin.gregoryhills@inspireaheg.com.au). We will do our best to fulfill your request, however, if your program has already been shipped we will not be able to take amendment or cancellation requests.

Refund Policy:
Inspire Allied Health and Education do not refund money for programs purchased and received or once they have left our premises.
Replacement Return for Damaged or Faulty Items:
We will ensure to pack your resource box with the greatest care. If you receive a
product that is faulty or damaged (as deemed by us), we will replace it if damage was recognised upon opening the resource. Packaging is not included in this policy. All requests must be made via email (admin.gregoryhills@inspireaheg.com.au) within 7 days of receipt of goods.
